I have many trips to a cancer treatment center out of town and wanted to be sure my car was checked out. I feel everything was completed according to the checklist that was given. Before I left i ask they check out my outside lights, turn signals break lights etc. I watched as they willingly did this in my presence. I appreciate their kindness. More
True generosity On May 25, I went in to have some work done that I had been waiting on for weeks, due to scheduling conflicts and a part not arriving on time. However On May 25, I went in to have some work done that I had been waiting on for weeks, due to scheduling conflicts and a part not arriving on time. However, the work was not completed that day and I was told it would been done first thing in the morning. But I needed to use my car for the rest of that day so I came to pick it back up. When I came to pick up, the manager ushered me into his office to apologize for the work not being completed that day and told me he would find a way to take care of it. The next morning I brought the car in fully expecting to have to pay around $400. I stayed in the waiting area for just over an hour and was called in to take the car away. I was told to sign a paper and was given the keys. I was not asked to pay. And I asked the manager about this, and he said it was not needed and once again apologized. This was extremely generous, as I was working out my budget for having to make room for this expense. This was true customer service, not just because I did not have to pay, but because the manager dealt with the issue promptly and made me aware of his frustration. Many others in his situation would have simply apologized without making any effort toward making up for what went wrong. I will always remember this and will definitely return for future service. More

Brandon set up an appointment for me to try a car I really thought I was going to get but after trying it I realized the car was not going to work for me. He let me figure it out and never put any pressure on my or anything. I hated that I had taken time that he may have made a sale but he never made me feel that way. That was just me. He was very kind and positive the whole time. I would definitely want to work with him again Only negative is it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get oil changed and tires rotated even with an appointment. More
