Worst Experience Ever I stopped by to look at new Tahoe. I met Nick Cornejo, and took a test drive. I told Nick that I would come back in a few days and I would give him a I stopped by to look at new Tahoe. I met Nick Cornejo, and took a test drive. I told Nick that I would come back in a few days and I would give him a chance to work on the purchase. When I came back, Nick wasn't there so they sent Anthony D out to work with me. I just wanted an appraised value for my 2011 Yukon. Anthony totally ignored every request that I made. He came in with a work up sheet showing 29k trade value! When I ask about it he covered it with his hand and said don't worry about it! I ask several times for my keys so I could leave and he wouldn't get them, so I had to tell him either he could get them or I would! The work up sheet was signed off on by the sales manager! The one and only reason I came back was because I had told Nick that I would give him a chance. Then after all that I got screwed on the interest rate!!! I just didn't have any fight left! Nick deserves a raise, he was amazing. However, if he wants to make a career out of car sales he should probably check out other dealerships. More

Couldn’t get any better! Disappointed I had an appointment for 8:15 to have my oil changed and tires rotated. So did around 10 to 20 other people. I expected to be in and out in about an I had an appointment for 8:15 to have my oil changed and tires rotated. So did around 10 to 20 other people. I expected to be in and out in about an hour. I did not expect it would take over 2 hours. I went to check on the status of my car and was told it would be 15 more minutes. I waited and was still not ready. I opened the door again to check and was told I would have to wait on paperwork. Then when I was called, my car was back in the line to have the oil changed again. I left at 10:30 disappointed. More
