Too slow. 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. The service writer seemed overwhelmed and was rude to several other coworkers. Then the up sale scare tacti 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. The service writer seemed overwhelmed and was rude to several other coworkers. Then the up sale scare tactics were a little over the top. The first 4 services were complimentary with purchase of a new vehicle. Everything was fine every visit, but once I had to pay out of pocket- my air/cabin filters needed to be replaced at an exorbitant amount. This is not the first time I have had long waits for service at this dealership. Even the cashier seemed unhappy with her job and peppered in complaints during our brief interaction. More
