Sales was great, service center good, parts bad Salesman was very helpful. In spite of bad weather, it was an enjoyable experience. Repairs done in timely manner. Button was not there. Was told it would be shipped overnight. No call on Thursday. Called parts Friday and first was told we bought from Cartersville, call them. Then he said there wasn't a part ordered for me. Then he said it was back ordered. I feel I'm getting the run-around and will never get the part promised. More
