Beware Took car in for oil change, warranty work, and tire rotation. Advised service staff that I had a slow leak on right rear tire. Tech explained warranty work and appears to know his specialty. However, when I went to pay I noticed a $109 charge for diagnosis of nail in tire. Service staff advised me that I was charged for not buying a new tire after I was advised that they could not fix the tire because the nail was on the sidewalI. I told her a had another appointment and could not have the work done today. She would not take the charge off because I would not authorize the work. Mmmm, I think that this business is cooking their books!!!! I received a full refund when the service manager reviewed my complaint. More
POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER NEVER TO RETURN I WENT TO THE CARTERSVILLE LOCATION, THOUGHT THE PLACE WAS DESERTED. WHEN THE ADVISOR FINALLY CAME TO HER DESK I HAD NO IDEA SHE WORKED THERE. DRESSE I WENT TO THE CARTERSVILLE LOCATION, THOUGHT THE PLACE WAS DESERTED. WHEN THE ADVISOR FINALLY CAME TO HER DESK I HAD NO IDEA SHE WORKED THERE. DRESSED FOR YARD WORK NOT MEETING THE PUBLIC. NEVER INTRODUCED HERSELF. IT TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR FOR A OIL CHANGE AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE PLACE. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY COULD CARE LESS IF I WAS THERE OR NOT AND IT LOOKED LIKE THEY FELT THE SAME WAY ABOUT BEING THERE. I OWN 4 GM VEHICLES AND I WILL BE DRIVING THE 40+ MILES TO KENNESAW FROM NOW ON. More
