Unprofessional Found suv on cargus at riverside gmc carersville. Contacted me via Internet got out door price with all info. Few days later I go to view suv. Get there salesman I deal with on net was moved to service dept that morning. So I get David Carter it's 2pm 2 customers and place is pretty dead.. Car is in good shape paint ,mIles and reports.. tires are worn and wheel look better on used truck next to one on lot. After brief haggle they agree to switch tires and wheel so I get look I want. At this piont it 2.3 hours. I call my bank and get one time increase on debit card for full amount. Ready to pay but dealer tells me that they can't take cc or debit for full amount because they don't want to pay finance charge of 1or 2%. So they take 5k and agree to deliver car with swapped wheels and detailed to my home then pickup bank check for balance. I sign paper work and leave.I was offered low amount for trade I decline and leave. Next day after waiting until 4pm car get delivered with correct wheels they had offered full tank off gas. Car has 3/4 tank and there was no detail done on car. Still saw same dirt and grime from sitting on lot for 65 days. Sticker glue still on windows and new tire pressure are all off and one in low. No tire balance report. Contact Sales David on phone in car as he is driving away. He admits no detail work done. He was in rush to get tires swapped and deliver. He did not think to top off tank as he got closer to my 40 min away location.I also send him via text all dirt , sticker issues and tire pressure issues via text photos. At this piont I contacted gm of store. Explain that it is unprofessional to not do all agreed and I can stop payment on 50k check. He assured me that it will be handled. Agreen to pay for detail shop by me. ,tire issue and top.off tank. Tells me he is going to be out of office for thanksgiving his man Nick will oversee things..I sprak with Nick and bring him up to speed on way car was delivered. express my issues with out having car. Next day 11 am David carter shows up in personal older truck with cracked wind shield , lots of engine lights on. Cloths piled on seat car not clean and seamed not serviced in long time. No loner or better car from lot provided. This is my ride for day to run my business . I give number and contact name of local detail shop and price 250 take 5-6 hours by pro shine. Everything, wash , wax ,detail pro level. My request was third party. So I send text evert three hours to David told it getting done and in detail, people are supervision of everything. I get suv at back 7 hours later ay night. Sales guy dId not use third party detailer drove car back to Carterville and had there detail department handle it. Topped off gas tank this time ,but brought car back in rain in darkness. I review car next morning in light and notice dirt still on insides of engine, gas tank and around read trunk window and front sticker glue nit removed on two area.windows where cleaned with glass cleaner. They added it cheap smaller basic dealer floor mats. I contact Sales guy. Again. Says it will taken care of. This was Friday night. Now Monday at 12 noon not a peep from dealer, gm, nick or whomever. I was told by David they would contact on weekend or first thing Monday morning. I know these are minor issues at this piont on used car, but I held up.my end of deal and Cartersville Buick Gmc has not. I welcome them to attempt to correct any issues and be men of there word! This is about being professional and doing what you agree to. If you don't do the little things to make the car look the best possible you loose my referals and future purchases and it makes the customer feel that you don't care about your experience at your Cartersville Buick Gmc. I told the gm on the phone I would not leave negative reviews, but when he was given opportunity to fix things he left it to lesser workers that made poor choices to save money or did not have pull to spend money to make it right! More

Car Repair Took my car in on Tuesday for repair. They were great to deal with. Brandy called me to let me know the costs of each item before proceeding. I als Took my car in on Tuesday for repair. Their follow up so far has been great. I would recommend using this newer dealership. I am also talking with Robby in the next week about a car purchase. Confusion There seemed to be some confusion about which service agent was to be "credited" for handling my visit. I made an initial visit about 8 days ago to in There seemed to be some confusion about which service agent was to be "credited" for handling my visit. I made an initial visit about 8 days ago to investigate what it would take to repair my seat. I was referred to your parts department and got outstanding service to make a decision. About a week later I returned to Service to have the part ordered. Service took some information and then directed me to Parts to order the item. The gentleman, Hayden, in Service remembered my previous visit and quickly ordered the part. He was very skilled and customer oriented. I felt confident with his assistance. Later that day I received a phone call from Robin in Service asking for my help to determine who helped me first in Service. I really did not keep up with Service "touches" and asked why this was important. Robin said that each Service agent receives credit for assisting customers. I had no idea and really could not reconstruct the sequence accurately. I had to reduce it to the Service stations rather than names as I did not get those, but very unsure about my recollection. Had I known commissions were an issue I would have paid better attention. More
