An oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t even take 30 minutes. WHY DO I MAKE AN APPOUNTMENT if you aren’t going to stand by the times.. oh, and my appointment was at 8:15! I was the first one there ! And this was not the first time this dealership done this to me.. DO YOU NOT THINK MY TIME IS AS VALUABLE AS YOURS! Unbelievable ..I will not return. And I will not recommend a GMC to any one! More

Still Waiting Arrived several weeks ago for my first service only to find that there was no record of the appointment I had made over the phone. They "fit me in", Arrived several weeks ago for my first service only to find that there was no record of the appointment I had made over the phone. They "fit me in", and it then took 2 hrs. + for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed them a missing piece of windshield cowling that needed warranty repair/replace. They said they needed to order a part. A couple of weeks later I was called to come in for my repair. After a 30 minute wait, I was informed that the parts were not there for my repair, and that one of the parts needed had now been ordered, but was on backorder. That was about 3 weeks ago. I have not heard a word from the dealership. I'm still waiting. The next time I need service, I will go to the Rome location, as I have never had a problem there. Cartersville should have been more convenient, instead it has been a waste of time, mileage, and effort. More
