Prince Ali to the Rescue! We had recently put a deposit down on a used Prius at another local dealership. That dealership then refused to return our phone calls or follow up w We had recently put a deposit down on a used Prius at another local dealership. That dealership then refused to return our phone calls or follow up with us in any way. We asked for the deposit back and stopped at RH Toyota on the way home. We saw were looking at a used Prius in the parking lot, after the dealership had closed. Ali, on his way out of the lot, stopped to talk to us. Within 48 hours, we had purchased the car. There was no hassle, no fuss. I got the exact monthly payment I wanted, WITH the warranties. Finance was also very nice. Arlene was very expedient and while she was processing my paperwork, the dealership was able to get me a better last-minute rate on my loan! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. RH Toyota and Ali are now our FIRST stop when we need to make a purchase. More

I asked what the deal was and was told sorry they will get to it soon. I had to get back to work so I took my keys and left. This is the second issue I have had at this service center and will not be returning. More

We bought both a previously owned Prius and an Avalon, while trading in a Kia. From start to finish, Ali was courteous, friendly and easy to deal with. Not that we needed to be coaxed but after the less-than-gracious (aka rude) treatment from Eagle Motors next door, he was a welcome relief. I'd also like to single out Matt Governali in the finance department for completing what was an enjoyable experience from the moment we walked out the door to the moment we drove away with our two cars. I cannot recommend Riverhead Toyota more--and especially to women! who are often treated with condescension by car salesmen. More
