I had no idea I was going to buy a car this day. I was there for service on my others RAV4. But, we have a florida trip in mind so I happened to look at the new 2012 Camry. I liked it so much that I went out back and looked at all the stock. I even picked out a particular color and VIN number. Then I went back through the show room and saw a guy sorting through a lot papers at his desk. He was very busy. I stood near his desk for a few minutes, I just had to ask a couple of questions regarding options. When he looked up an saw me, he had a very frendly smile. It put me at ease right away. We talked for a while before I made the spur of the moment decision that I wanted to do a trade-in on my 6-year old corolla. Well Brendan Bowen was the guy. He was so good at getting everything in order that, I had the corolla back in an hour. To make a long story short, I got the car and beatiful after-market leather heated seats.
