She went over all the features of the vehicle I was interested in also pricing and service questions. I appreciated her professionalism and overall knowledge of the vehicles mechanical and systems operations. There was no pressure, just information and confidence in the brand she was representing. Chris Weitz put together my financing. I was pleased that all the paperwork was correct and there were no unwanted surprises. The numbers were the numbers we agreed upon. They were very fair with regards to our trade. The sales manager, Chris weitz, was an absolute pleasure to work with. The finance manager was off the day of our delivery, so Chris personally completed our financing paperwork. He was upfront and informative with us. There were no surprises or upselling on delivery. He actually showed us how we could spend less money on an extended warranty that we requested based on our driving habits. That was a first for me. This is our 4th vehicle from riverhead Toyota.
