That bothered me, and I almost called off the sale at that point. 3. The most important question for any buyer remains "lease vs. buy" -- and the dealership still fails to provide good and clear pros and cons for both options. It's always a quick and/or pushy remark, like "hey, keep your money!" or "did you talk to your accountant?" -- and that's BS. There are real, universal pros and cons to both options and the dealer needs to develop a script -- or have a team member devoted to -- helping to educate the consumer so they may make an informed decision with CONFIDENCE.
