Restored my faith in car shopping I went to Riverhead Toyota looking for a new or used truck. I wasn't sure, but I had my boxing gloves on. Arriving at R.H.T., Dan met us outside as I started to look at some used trucks which I saw online. Dan asked if I had any questions, which I did. From the start I didn't have that feeling that this was a typical car salesman. He was professional and honest. I explained what I was looking for and my situation. He understood and did some research while I went for a test drive. He restored my faith in purchasing a new vehicle. I will continue to use R.H.T. going forward. The dealership came up with the perfect vehicle to service us,and it is so nice to look at! In addition,they handled taking our previous vehicle to Abilities Unlimited to remove the previous chair lift,and install it in the new model. It took that burden off of my shoulders,and helped tremendously I can't even say! They always make the process of getting a vehicle pleasant not just smooth. They never apply pressure sales which is huge.Who can say they actually enjoy going to a dealership today? We do. Craig and Chad are very personable and knowledgeable about their Toyota products. I have recommended them to our family and friends and no one was disappointed after their purchase. On my most recent purchase, i had a problem with an after marked product that was installed third party via Riverhead Toyota. I received a flyer in the mail in reference to trading in my 2011 Prius for a new one at the same price per month. I thought it was BS but I went anyway. My vehicle which was leased still had 11 months to go my 2011 Prius for a new one at the same price per month. I thought it was BS but I went anyway. Picked up my 2014 Prius with the same options 3 hours later, same monthly payment, just paid NYS sales tax and DMV fees. We were very very pleased. Easiest vehicle that I ever purchased.
