As we were configuring my deal, we talked about "real" life topics in general...and you can tell when someone is genuinely having a discussion with you and when they are just buying time to complete a transaction. Jay was truly concerned whether or not I was happy and wanted to ensure I received the best deal possible. I did. Thank you Jay. I elected to utilize TFS and finalized the financing with Peter Fournaris. Another true professional. He was a wonderful person to talk with, personable and efficient. The financing experience was not only painless, I enjoyed it!
