I just assumed that was the only way. From the minute I walked into Riverhead Toyota, Jay put me at ease. I was able to test drive a car within minutes, no complex waivers to fill out first. They found the exact car I wanted, and instantly matched the price I found on True Car without need for negotiation. I never felt an ounce of pressure to buy, or move at a speed I didn't feel comfortable with. Once I decided, they filled out all the paperwork, including insurance. I walked in a few days later, picked up the keys, and walked out, maybe spending a total of an hour or two in the dealership total. They even returned my previous lease to the Honda dealership. I can't recommend the people and dealership enough. More

He was very informative, showing us cars we were interested in and summarizing differences in the cars. He took my husband and I on a test drive of a new Rav 4 which we really liked. He allowed both my husband and I to drive. When we got back I asked to test drive the new Camry xle. We went through the same procedure but I knew in 5 seconds I wanted the Camry. Joe was friendly, informative and very professional which made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable More
