Honestly my husband has had no issues with this location but I have had issues. Since purchasing my vehicle in July our contact info has been switched and for some reason they cannot fix it. I had a schedul but I have had issues. Since purchasing my vehicle in July our contact info has been switched and for some reason they cannot fix it. I had a scheduled appt on a Friday morning where the service department never looked at my vehicle all day and never even called me to let me know what happened. They only reached out to me after hours when I called looking for my car. They made like it was no deal and would look at it Saturday morning. I was obviously not happy and they service desk basically said there was nothing they could do. More

I pass many places to service my car at Riverhead Nissan. Donna and the staff are always great. I feel I can trust them which is not easy to say in the car dealership / service world. Riverhead Nissan is the worst! I thought sales department was horrific after selling me a certified pre-owned Rogue that They knew was in an accident and covered it up and lied about but their service depart was horrific after selling me a certified pre-owned Rogue that They knew was in an accident and covered it up and lied about but their service department is even worse! I make an appointment 2 1/2 weeks in advance to bring my car in to get the 2nd key -WHICH WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE- they had my car all day and when I called at 2:30 to see if my car was ready I was told they needed to ORDER the key which I was then told would take a day or 2! Checked my dash cam the car was pulled in at 8am and no work performed and no one ever contacted me then treated me like xxxx when I had the audacity to complain! More
Bait and switch practices. Completely unprofessional salesman. Negotiated a deal, for my parents with Becky. Becky was receptive, attentive and very easy to work with. I was instructed to have my pa salesman. Negotiated a deal, for my parents with Becky. Becky was receptive, attentive and very easy to work with. I was instructed to have my parents ask for Becky or Julio (salesman) when they went in to sign the paperwork. When they went in the next day, Julio was unavailable due to an emergency and my parents were asked to work with Mark or Mario. I was unable to get his name when he called me to help with translations. This salesman altered the deal and tried to add additional charges that were already negotiated. When we did not accept his request for additional funds, the salesman then in classic bait and switch fashion, no longer had the automobile we discussed the previous day. Magically the only vehicles available were a either a vehicle with less features, for the same money, or one that cost more. After it was stated that we would continue our business at another dealer who had the vehicle we desired, at the price we desired, this individual rudely threw my father's driver's license at him and told him to go elsewhere. Go for the supposedly good deal, stay for the abuse. No thanks. More
