So I "just dropped in", as per instructed. NO WAIT!!! YAYE! Checked in, had a seat, COFFEE BAR available (what's better than that?) And such friendly employees, love it! Honestly my husband has had no issues with this location but I have had issues. Since purchasing my vehicle in July our contact info has been switched and for some reason they cannot fix it. I had a scheduled appt on a Friday morning where the service department never looked at my vehicle all day and never even called me to let me know what happened. They only reached out to me after hours when I called looking for my car. They made like it was no deal and would look at it Saturday morning. I was obviously not happy and they service desk basically said there was nothing they could do. More
