I could not be any happier with my experience at Nissan Riverhead. Unlike other places I had visited they did not seem pushy or try talking me into buying something I was not 100 percent satisfied with. I had visited 1 day,went home to think about my options and they were very understanding and patient. I do not regret my decision at all.I could not be any happier with my new Murano and with the service I recieved every step of the way from the sales,to my trade in,to the financing.Every aspect was absolutely amazing. If anyone I know is ever looking to purchase a new automobile I would strongly suggest they visited Nissan Riverhead. More
We worked with Mr. Wall who was very professional, well dressed and well mannered. He answered all our questions and helped us get what we found out was the best deal. When we picked up the vehicle he spen dressed and well mannered. He answered all our questions and helped us get what we found out was the best deal. When we picked up the vehicle he spent the time to make sure we were familiar with our new vehicle and he even set up our first service appointment, showing us the night time drop off and telling us about their convenient service pickup hours. I was going for my second lease and shopping around, trying to get the best price. Mr Wall gave me a great deal and laid everything out for me. I faxed him all my information and he assured me the deal would be exactly like how he promised when I got there. He also promised we would be out very quickly. From the second we got there we knew we would have a bad experience. He kept disappearing and walking out when we had a question about the pricing. Even though he emailed me exact numbers of what we would be charged for a sign and drive deal there were about 1200 more in fees. When we questioned him he proceeded to tell us he couldn't honor the deal ,even though I showed him his exact email. He ripped up the papers and we left. We went straight to Atlantic nissan and they gave us exactly what we wanted! The person at the front desk was extremely rude and made us feel like we should feel embarrassed for questioning the prices! It was overall a terrible experience and I would never even try to go back when our next lease is up in three years! More
I just leased a brand new Nissan Altima 2013 from Mr. Wall and the sales team there. I had a wonderful experience and I love my new Altima. Before i went to Riverhead Nissan, I went to Atlantic Automall, Wall and the sales team there. I had a wonderful experience and I love my new Altima. Before i went to Riverhead Nissan, I went to Atlantic Automall, who i must say treated me like CRAP from the moment i walked in there !! I cant believe they treat there customers the way they do and how in the world does nissan allow them to remain in buisness. Alls i have to say is that the ride out east to Riverhead Nissan was WELL WORTH IT ! and there staff treated me and my family with respect and class. If you want to buy a Nissan go to RIVERHEAD ! . I traded in my 2010 Nissan Altima for the newer 2013 I traded in my 2010 Nissan Altima for the newer 2013 model and worked with Joe and Marlena in doing so. I had leased the original Altima from Joe whe I traded in my 2010 Nissan Altima for the newer 2013 model and worked with Joe and Marlena in doing so. I had leased the original Altima from Joe when he was at Smithtown and when I noticed he had moved to Riverhead which was closer for me, I wanted to follow him. It was important for me to try to keep my payments as similar to my prior lease as possible and the staff was extremely helpful and willing to do just that! When it came time to pick the color (I had wanted black) there were none on the lot and I opted to wait for that car and model to come in inventory which originally said would be within the week which I was fine with. However, by the time I was leaving (on a Friday evening) I was told they believed to have a black Altima available elsewhere and was working on it and low and behold I received a call from Marlena the next day telling me my car had arrived! I was extremely happy with the service and care I have received and Marlena answered any and all questions I had, she has even already called me to check in on my satisfaction with the vehicle less than a week later. I would definitely recommend Riverhead of Nissan and it is worth the travels east! More

This is the 3rd car I have leased with Nissan and have been very h pleasure to deal with. They answered all my question and I feel I got a fair deal. I walked into the dealership back in January and spoke with Marlene. I had a few months left on my 2010 Maxima lease and was starting to shop to see what was available and what Nissan offered. Marlene's initial response was to wait and be patient for some good deals to come through. Never in my life have I ever been told by a car salesperson to wait. They usually see an interested buyer and immediately jump and try to close you within about 35 seconds. This gave her and Riverhead Nissan immediate credibility to me. She and I had an open communication for a few weeks and she kept guiding me into a direction that was right FOR ME! Again, never had a dealer do something that was right for me and not just them. More credibility. Finally, President's weekend came up and asked if I could come in on Friday. There were some great incentive programs out and it might just work out for me. I went in on Friday and we took a car out for a test drive. The entire staff I spoke too was friendly and cordial. After some negotiating and none pressure salesmenship, we came to a deal on a beautiful new Maxima. Joe Urso assured me that turning in my leased car will not result in any additional cost for excessive wear and tear (I drive a lot). He was right, everything went smoothly, I got a brand new car, Marlene was excellent to work with, the Sales Manager (who's usually supposed to be a hard nosed pain in the @$$) was easy to work with, and my turned in car cost me $0. We needed a car for my grandaughter and stopped at this dealer to look. Frank Badamo helped us find the right car for her. The car did not have the remotes for the door locks but Frank said if we buy the dealer to look. Frank Badamo helped us find the right car for her.
