My buying experience This is the 3rd time my wife and I are leasing 2 cars at the same time from your Riverhead NY dealership. We had an absolutely wonderful buying experi This is the 3rd time my wife and I are leasing 2 cars at the same time from your Riverhead NY dealership. We had an absolutely wonderful buying experience dealing with Ana Lopez (the best we have encountered in all 3 times). She was just a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge of the product, the patience she showed us while we asked a million questions and just her over all demeanor made us realize we did the right thing. Even when the sales manager came over to finalize the numbers for the two cars we were purchasing we were still extremely happy and feeling positive about the whole experience. Then we met Don the finance guy. Things with him started out fine until I asked him for our combined monthly payment for the two cars. The number he gave me was $8.00 higher than the number that the sales manager and I shook on. (Yes $8.00, not a lot of money-but my $8.00). When I bristled at the $8.00 difference this pompous xxx Don said, "it's only $8.00". My response was yes, my $8.00-to which he sarcasticly said "do you want to stop by and I'll give you the $8.00 each month". With that I got up to go over and talk to the sales manager and heard Don snicker out loud and say to my wife, "is he really complaining about $8.00 ?" The $8.00 difference was never resolved due to some xx the sales manager told us about not having all the info on our credit ratings beforehand. (Don't give me a rock bottom final price, smile and shake my hand over an agreed upon price until you've done your research, changing the price, even just $8.00 really leaves a bad taste in ones mouth). To sum this all up. Ana was amazing to deal with and is a true asset to your dealership, the sales manager who had a tough job handled it very professionally, but Don-as I said before, is a complete pompous xxx and a total jerk, should not be the final person your customers should have to deal with. We love your products. We loved working with Ana. If we decide to visit your showroom when our leases are up and Don is someone I even have to talk to we will walk out and will taking our business with us. More
