Vehicle is good but the con is not. The salesman gave me a price of 20,800 on the a Sonata Se. They said they would include a veterans discount and they did after they raised the price b The salesman gave me a price of 20,800 on the a Sonata Se. They said they would include a veterans discount and they did after they raised the price by exactly the amount the veterans discount was, so the price remained the same. they said they would finance through Hyundai at the lowest rate which was less than a percent. I ended up with TD bank and the interest was much higher. The finance guy snuck in the extended warranty on a car that has a great stand alone warranty ( He did not ask me if I wanted it he just put it in the contract.). They took so long with the contract I did not read it carefully and was stupid enough to believe that they were being honest with me. Shame on me for not looking over the contract more closely. I was in a rush when I left and that why I missed the extras they added and the finance guy was careful to glaze over the significant changes and did not mention them. Its a good car but YOU MUST BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE FINANCE DEPT. More

I can't remember if the other Allstate sales lady was Barba I also appreciated the fact that I was allowed to bring a $900.00 payment two days later. Great customer experience! We were greeted by Anna when we walked in. She showed us the car we were looking at and spoke thoroughly about all of the details. I did not feel pressured or pushed at all, which made the experience even better. Anna was able to work with any concerns and questions that we had.
