Great Salesman-Untrustworthy Finance Dept The salesman who assisted us with choosing and purchasing our new vehicle was helpful and knowledgeable. Our initial intent was to purchase a second h The salesman who assisted us with choosing and purchasing our new vehicle was helpful and knowledgeable. Our initial intent was to purchase a second hand vehicle and he provided us with good information that led us to buy a new vehicle instead. Our only problem with the purchase stemmed from the finance office. The finance person added an extended warranty to our paperwork without even explaining our options or asking us if we were interested. He was not straight forward with us with the information about the finance rates. He put the purchase price at $3000 more than we agreed upon. Although it was decreased further down in the payment lines by that same $3000- I am extremely unhappy with the fact that I paid NY sales tax on the larger figure. It is a shame that the quality salesmanship was followed up by a terrible experience with the finance department. More
