Terrible Customer Service We have been using Nissan Riverhead Service to have our car worked on for the past year with no major issues. Last week Sunday our car's battery had d We have been using Nissan Riverhead Service to have our car worked on for the past year with no major issues. Last week Sunday our car's battery had died so we left the vehicle at the dealership and threw the keys in their night lock box. The keys vanished and were never found. Supposedly they only have cameras on the outside of the building not the inside so we will never find out what happened to the keys. The most infuriating part was their approach to the situation which was to blame us for 'probably not leaving the keys in the lock box 'and 'the keys are probably in the car,or in one of your pockets'. They offered no help nor did they offer to give us a new set of keys to avoid anything happening to the car. Needless to say we filed a police report. Extremely poor customer service and will never use them again in the future. More

Great salesman really bad finance rep I went with a friend who wanted to buy a used car. We received great customer service from the time we entered the door. The manager attended us immediately and Kyle Price was our salesman. Kyle gave us great service, he is very professional and courteous. The problem was with the finance guy. He was rude and unprofessional. The bank was offering a rate of 9.99% interest,which is high. Such a high rate is understandable due to the short credit history of the client. My friend decided not to take the finance and not buy the car. That is when this guy got mad at him. He became insistent and we felt pressured to make a purchase. The finance guy went through all the finance options and we felt that none were appropriate. We are not obligated to purchase anything and after that treatment it becomes difficult to accept any offer. The rapport but built by Kyle was destroyed by the finance rep. Here's are some of his remarks addressed to us: " What you were expecting when you came here, a free car?" " You think that you are smarter than the rest" " Next time tell the salesman what your expectations are before making the finance people lose their time" Still I would buy when this guy is not around. I think they're pricing advertising is deceptive.. I will start off by saying I have not been to this dealer yet. I found a used car on Car Gurus app in their lot. It is rated as "great price" at $20K. I will start off by saying I have not been to this dealer yet. I found a used car on Car Gurus app in their lot. It is rated as "great price" at $20K. Their website states that the $20K "internet price" is only after you've put down $1995. I contacted them and verified that yes, the actual sales price is $22,989. How can you advertise a price of $20K when it's actually $23K? Because if they advertised the price as $23K it probably would not have been rated a "great price" but instead a "fair price." I'm turned off by the deceptive pricing. That's bad business. At least they were honest about it and I didn't have to waste a trip to Riverhead. It's a shame because it looks like a great car. More

beware...watch their math Dealer failed to disclose, as required by law, that used BMW was previously a rental car. Salesperson Ana Lopez falsely stated that it was a trade in on a Hyundai. Had to sue dealership to get the $1500 dollar overpayment I made returned, it took a year. They apparently miscalculated balance due on the car. They threatened to sue me because I brought the small claims action. More
