They took advantage of my 82 year old mother who was attempting to show her independence and handle renewing her lease on her own. She leased through Nissan for 12 years and was renewing temporarily with the intent of buying the car. They confused her and lied about fees and extras including over $700 they said was for doing the required paperwork. (They said they would refund this amount and never did.) Attempts to rectify even some of this proved impossible as phone calls, texts and other attempts to contact them went completely ignored. Attempts to get copies of the signed paperwork (which they did not provide my mom) were ignored. Avoid them at all costs. More

Bad service, criminal behaviour Walked in to get a used car with a 9K budget, Mr Rak Sekohn showed me a Kia optima and we agreed, he made the paperwork for 9K but I checked their web Walked in to get a used car with a 9K budget, Mr Rak Sekohn showed me a Kia optima and we agreed, he made the paperwork for 9K but I checked their website online and realized they had it posted for a little over 7K, I faced him and he played the fool and corrected the number. After driving the car I realized the PTMS light was on, the car was shaking over 60 m/hr and the radio wasn't working. After several attempts they never fixed the TPMS and balancing problems and they denyed service eventhough I'm still under warranty. The manager was very rude and aggresive, and they told me to go to Kia and take care of the repairs myself. I strongly recommend to avoid this place, everyone there acts in a crooked way. More
