Bad service, criminal behaviour Walked in to get a used car with a 9K budget, Mr Rak Sekohn showed me a Kia optima and we agreed, he made the paperwork for 9K but I checked their web Walked in to get a used car with a 9K budget, Mr Rak Sekohn showed me a Kia optima and we agreed, he made the paperwork for 9K but I checked their website online and realized they had it posted for a little over 7K, I faced him and he played the fool and corrected the number. After driving the car I realized the PTMS light was on, the car was shaking over 60 m/hr and the radio wasn't working. After several attempts they never fixed the TPMS and balancing problems and they denyed service eventhough I'm still under warranty. The manager was very rude and aggresive, and they told me to go to Kia and take care of the repairs myself. I strongly recommend to avoid this place, everyone there acts in a crooked way. More

Preditory sales tactics My retired 64 year old mother went in to purchase her 2016 Nissan Murano with 15k miles off lease on October 30, 2018. First she was being heavily enc My retired 64 year old mother went in to purchase her 2016 Nissan Murano with 15k miles off lease on October 30, 2018. First she was being heavily encouraged to trade her car for another model. I feel that’s because she has very low mileage and they would make money off her trade and resale of her vehicle. So they process the loan and come back with a 5.99% interest rate for someone with tier 1 (800+) credit score for 72 months. My mother only wanted to do a 48 month loan. On top of that they add on a $3000. Ultimate Warranty. She wasn’t provided with any literature on the coverages of the warranty or an itemized bill of sale. I went into the dealership with her in November and the finance Manager Ken Maxwell who was pulling a copy of the bill of sale from another office and the warranty information. I’ve left him several messages and wasn’t called back. I've also asked for the General Managers name and all I get is "Vinny". No one will provide me with his last name. My mother is looking to refinance with another financial institution however she still hasn’t received the new title. I’ve checked the NYS title search web site on January 23, 2019. and the new title hasn’t even been processed 12 weeks later. My understanding is that after the customer has made 3 payments the dealership gets a finalization of credit for the sale/transaction. So I feel this is a fraudulent tactic to differ consumers from pursuing other options that are available to them. My mother has applied to refinance the vehicle and was approved for 2.% apr she’s just awaiting her new title to process the loan. More
