2 bad experiences here. First, I scheduled service a month in advance. When I show up there are 20 people there and they claim there's an emergency and told me to reschedule First, I scheduled service a month in advance. When I show up there are 20 people there and they claim there's an emergency and told me to reschedule. I took a day of from work for it. Second, just went to buy another car and the salesperson Mark blew us off and was kinda rude. He never introduced himself and walked away when I said I had questions. Very rude and he never once smiled and acted like we bothered him. I'm so glad I got my new car from Hyundai 112 instead. Those guys know what they're doing. Riverhead sucks and the other salespeople are lazy and walk away when you ask them to check stock. If you don't like your job quit! My brother was going to get a car here due to their large inventory but their nasty, condescending, careless attitude is ridiculous. You obviously don't need the sale! Any other dealership is better than this hellhole! More
