After a dozen phone calls, and two trips up there, I finally got my car - and paid hundreds of dollars beyond what I would have been charged by my regular Chrysler dealer. I have used Mullen Motors for thirty years, but could not travel to them because my wife is ill and could only be left alone for a short. The people a Riverdale are full of promises, smiles, good wishes, and fancy talk - but are full of crap at all times. They took a one day job and spread it over six. Lots of apologies and excuses but no performance. Albert was under-informed and over-optimistic. More
