Amazing service I went to three dealers and they claimed they didn’t know the problem was. I'm about to call the dealer regarding why did they send my credit information to other organizations which ended up in a dark website. My report sent me an email with this effect. The day (22 June, 2018)when the car was release to me I told Albert, Charolene and the mechanic who worked the leakage I found on the 18 June , 2018 the there is no coolant and other oil in the car so they should add that to it for me to see there are no other leakages on the car but they told me no because the car passed the test and I asked them which company tested the car and they replied it's their company and I then said if I buy the those fluids into the car and it leaks I will bring it to them to fix it and will pay for the transportation since I'm drive Fort Drum to their shop in the Bronx and they said no problem. I drove to Fort Drum and bought the coolant and other fluids and there were leakages so I called Charolene and complained about it and also called a guy who they said is the head of service and he told me to bring the car with an appointment on Friday 6 July, 2018. When I got there, der gave me to Jose who was polite but after diagnosis he told me they have found the fault and was consistent with my suspicion but he doesn't have approving authority for it to be fixed so I should come on Monday because the general manager isn't there. I told him, Charolene and other sales guys that due to the distance my fuel cost is more $110 and they're amazed and as a soldier you've to be given the permission before I can travel down there which I explained to the the first they I entered their shop but they don't understand or they've refused to understand. Buying car from this company has been the most frustrated moment in my life. What they could tell me was to call their manager. More

Can't explain It started out as a diagnostic check which I was told would be $169. Then the results of test were to change sensor but there was no detail of work th It started out as a diagnostic check which I was told would be $169. Then the results of test were to change sensor but there was no detail of work that needed to be done. So the work with the sensor that cost $50 was done and with the labor costs that took two days which the customer service rep. Stated would take one day came out to a grand total of $383 for a service that didn't even work. Finally the grand insult was when the customer rep came back to me & told me it would cost $4,200 to fix the issues with the truck. I really don't know what to say. Maybe if they hadn't mixed up my keys with another trucks Maybe of I didn't have to break my back with the tow truck driver to get the car out of there overcrowded lot I'll let your draw your own conclusions on the rating. Worst experience ever. BEWARE - $1900 “Recon” fee ! Stay far far far away from this place. Called twice this morning to buy a Wrangler from them. Drove an hour and a half away to find out the truck had a deposit on it, where the salesman tried to convince me to buy a new truck. When we walked inside I offered to buy the truck on the spot, and the salesman Jose told me his manager was willing to sell the truck (even though it has a deposit from another buyer who already had their credit ran)? We sat down and talked price. They failed to mention that their advertised price includes 10% down, and that all used vehicles have a $1900 reconditioning fee that is non-negotiable whatsoever. So here I am, wasting my day off in this dump of a dealership. I’ve bought over 5 used cars from dealers in the past 6 months and this is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced in my life. Save your time, don’t come here. The deal looks good online until you show up and it’s thousands more than what you thought. Don’t waste your time. More
