The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had I would never visit this dealership again. I felt they were shady when I initially leased my car but when I went to buy out my lease they were unbelie I would never visit this dealership again. Firstly, they had me waiting 6 hours and I took the loan out from a credit union, I didn’t even need them to get me a loan. All they had to do was take the check and sign the paperwork. Everytime I checked they had changed the price of my buyout, adding unnecessary fees. Avoid this xxxx hole at all costs. More

Jeep engine light and recalls I looked for a dealer to investigate the check engine light on my 2013 Jeep. After looking at reviews I finally chose Riverdale for its ratings and pr I looked for a dealer to investigate the check engine light on my 2013 Jeep. After looking at reviews I finally chose Riverdale for its ratings and proximity to public transportation. My previous dealer, where I purchased the Jeep, was not very good and out of the way. Once arrived, they took my car in and I was on my way to work within minutes. They called later that day to explain the problems with the car and informed me that my warranty covered most of the work. Albert Pico was able to provide quick responses to all my questions. He was able to get my car back early the next week. I will return to this dealership for all work from here on out. More
