Have to call sales to get thru to service I dropped my car off at 8:30am and was told the service would take an hour and a half to two hours and that someone would call when my car was ready ( I dropped my car off at 8:30am and was told the service would take an hour and a half to two hours and that someone would call when my car was ready (I went home). At noon I hadn’t heard so I texted the service rep who had previously texted me and had indicated “should you need anything throughout your visit please reply to this text”. I texted five times between 12-1pm with no response received. I also called the service phone number several times but nobody answered. I finally dialed the extension for sales and was able to get through to someone from service that way. I was told my car was being worked on at that point and it would be ready at 2pm. More

terrible experience For starters I live an hour away from Riverdale and they told me to come to the dealership multiple times saying the car is ready and the car wasn’t e For starters I live an hour away from Riverdale and they told me to come to the dealership multiple times saying the car is ready and the car wasn’t even at the dealership. This is when Ruben the sales manager tried to right the ship by promising a full tank of gas and $1000 off the car. After multiple trips & a month and a half of waiting the car is “ready”. I’m driving the car home & it broke the first hour of me driving. After this occurrence The dealership wants no responsibility. They said and I quote “ it’s your problem now , you own the car “ . I had driven the car for an hour & it broke. I have a 30 day warranty and they are still trying to refuse to pay for the associated repair which is in the contract, this company is beyond dishonest. They are unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent to say the absolute least. I will not be doing business with this dealership again & calling to get BBB or someone legally to get involved immediately. they marketed the car for $11,000, online $10,000 after a $1000 down payment. And I paid a $1500 down payment & ruben the sales manager promised a $1000 off the car which would be 8500... the price skyrocketed to $14,000 before interest which i brought to other salesmen at other dealers and they said the numbers don’t add up. Ruben again promised a full tank of gas & they gave me a $20 worth of gas which brought me to half a tank of gas. If it wasn’t for Trav being the most professional & best salesman that they have I wouldnt of continued this purchase. Unfortunately it’s out of his control now and the two managers Ruben & Shane dont want to hold their end of the deal. More
