Exemplary service, timely status, and an acceptable waiting time we’re all provided in a pleasant waiting room environment. Hot coffee was offered. Also clean functioning restrooms. At the conclusion, Ms Hicks provided a review of service(s) provided. This was time well spent. I accomplished everything I set out to do. This also included a visit to your parts department.
