I was happy with the overall service I had received for my car however this is the third time that I asked for a quote on some bodywork, I asked that the quote be broken out between parts (including OEM) a my car however this is the third time that I asked for a quote on some bodywork, I asked that the quote be broken out between parts (including OEM) and labor. Repeatedly on both visits your service technician has not provided me with the information I have asked for. And oddly enough the quote I received the first time was 25% higher than the quote I received the second time I imagine if I ask again will I get a different number? More
This was my second service visit. Just like the first it was excellent. I was concerned with what I perceived as a braking issue. Turned out everything was working it should and he spent time with me going over computer printout showing me every time the braking system engaged and we were abel to determine was the cause of my concern. Beth Hicks is a fine service rep. She's courteous , efficient and responsive. There were times in the past where I dreaded dealing with the reps because some of them had surly attitu She's courteous , efficient and responsive. There were times in the past where I dreaded dealing with the reps because some of them had surly attitudes. I needed a new tire fro my 4 Runner- the one criticism I do have is that the service center didn't have the tire stocked and I needed to return to have the work completed. Nevertheless, the work was done in a timely manner. Please note I've been a customer of Toyota North for at least 15 years. More
This was my first scheduled Toyota Care maintenance for my 2022 XLE Highlander after purchase and as I said in my previous five star review about the purchase experience “this dealership should be the stan my 2022 XLE Highlander after purchase and as I said in my previous five star review about the purchase experience “this dealership should be the standard all Toyota dealerships are held too. I drove an extra twenty minutes right past the exit I “used” to take for the Toyota Dealership in Mamaroneck that I had previously purchased from and used for service which under current management has turned into the stereo typical sleezy car buying experience and service you should only see in movies. I will continue to happily drive the extra miles to have the very friendly and courteous top notch customer service that Rivera Toyota consistently provides. For the reasons listed above I referred a close friend who went in and leased a brand new 2022 Highlander the day before I came in for service! But I continue to make the drive for the service Beth provides. She has always been respectful to me as a veteran. But she is extremely kind to my children. She checks their Wi-Fi and always manages to have a snack for the little. This is beyond helpful for someone like myself that has a tight schedule. I get my service completed timely so I’m on my way to my kids next event. Thank you for all you do to keep this family on the road. More

Very pleased. I was on time and my car was taken right away. I stayed inside in their waiting room, very comfortably and enjoyed their coffee.
