Fantastic Service The folks at Rivera Toyota take care of their customers. A lot of little things that count. When I arrived they asked if I need a wifi password. The waiting space was clean, quiet and comfortable. They had me in and out under an hour. While checking out they talked me through the reasons to come back every 5,000 miles (for free the first 4 visits), and they cleaned and vacuumed the car. I was very impressed from start to finish. Both Jose and Mark were very efficient. Mark explained every item on the list to me and escorted me to my car when it was ready. Bravo! More

Since the Toyota service center is near my club, I decided t As I was driving to my gym this morning, the low tire pressure light came on on my Prius. Since the Toyota service center is near my club, I decided to stop there to see if they would check this out. I did not have an appointment, but they said no problem. I left my Prius there and they drove me to my club. After my morning exercise I returned and my Prius was ready. The tire pressure was readjusted and they even washed my car. All at no charge and without a pre arranged appointment. Great and friendly service! More
