The woman who set it up apparently didn't know the service department doesn't open until 8:30 on Saturdays. So I arrived, along with three other people with the same problem, to wait on a line for half an hour until the place opened. Heard "this happens all the time" with appointment scheduler, which would be bizarre if true. Would have been happy to arrive at 8:30 instead, if only I'd been told that was opening time. Jose was great, once the place opened! More
