I drove away but on my ride home when I stopped I noticed the brakes made a noise-it made a noise several times on my way home. That last time I had my tires rotated the same thing happened. As a physician in the medical field, scrutinizing things and making sure the 110% is applied to my patients, not only what I have expect from my self, but also others. This is one dealership that doesn’t spare anything for their customers. I look at things, maybe others don’t consider, like how clean the restroom for example or how the employees professionally dressed and speak to the customers. This dealership surprisingly has all that, from the clean restroom to the professional attire and the respectful and clear way they communicate with the customers. I really don’t have to address the exception job they do serving the vehicles that come to them for service (other wise I wouldn’t be here in the first place). In the science of studying the human behavior we learned that people whom adhere to the previously mentioned details, you can be assured that whatever business you are going to do with them you are going to get the same level of attention they paid to their restrooms, attire e.t.c. This is a business that truly shows attention to details and I will be driving the 40 miles to them every single time I needed their services. I have to finally extend my gratitude to every one at this dealership for if it’s not for each and every one of them didn’t put their best foot forward this dealership would not perform at this level and I would like to include a special thanks to my service advisor Vincent. Mark is a caring professional I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1995 and have bought numerous Toyota Camrys. I have back problems if my driver's seat is moved. Mark Ander I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1995 and have bought numerous Toyota Camrys. I have back problems if my driver's seat is moved. Mark Anderson has been very helpful to make sure no Toyota employee moves the seat. In fact, he drives my car into the service area. Additionally, one morning my 2017 Toyota Camry flashed that my tire pressure was low. With no notice, I drove over to Toyota Express and Mark personally made sure that the issue was immediately remedied and that I could get to work in a timely fashion. I will only bring my car in for maintenance when he is working because I totally trust him to make sure my driver's seat will not be moved and the service will be done properly. More
Great Service I needed to get my daughter's Subaru serviced and was unable to get an appointment where I usually get our oil changed. I called the service departmen I needed to get my daughter's Subaru serviced and was unable to get an appointment where I usually get our oil changed. I called the service department at Rivera Toyota and was told I could bring it right over. By the time I had given Mark my vehicle and contact information, my car was already being serviced. When there was a slight delay in getting the right oil filter, Mark called to keep me posted. When I picked up my freshly washed and serviced car, Mark took the time to explain the multipoint inspection findings. I really appreciated the friendly, professional service from beginning to end even though my vehicle is not a Toyota and was not purchased here!! More
