Mark’s warm and friendly disposition immediately put us at ease and helped alleviate some of the anguish in this situation. I asked them on the phone if the service would take more than an hour and they said definitely not. I arrived a few minutes early, which was good, because it soon became very busy. The waiting room was comfortable. My car was returned to me in less than 45 minutes. I was very impressed with today's service visit and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my car is covered for two years with free service appointments. Mark, the service representative, was outstanding. 5 Stars to Rivera Toyota of Mt. Kisco's service department today! More

They put the Service in their Service I had an early Sunday drop off and got there before they were open. Mark was there and invited me in. He checked my car right away and my wife and I I had an early Sunday drop off and got there before they were open. Mark was there and invited me in. They did not try to oversell me on things I didn't need, like other service centers sometimes do. Danielle promptly kept me informed on what my minivan needed and explained everything that needed to be done clearly. Mark made pickup a breeze (on a Sunday!).
