I had a good experience with Beth, the service representative. She was friendly, courteous and attentive. I am a new customer with a 2013 Toyota Highlander. It turns out the tech was familiar with the issue and had a resolution. This gave me the confidence to know I would be coming in with a solution lined up, rather than a potential constant diagnoses and re-diagnoses. The work was done in the timeframe suggested and the tech came to explain his approach and fix. Great communication, Great overall customer service!! Five stars and thanks Joe!! More
