This is an absolutely awful dealer service center that should be avoided at all costs. I took my newly acquired used vehicle here for a checkup- and not only did it take them over 6 hours before they even should be avoided at all costs. I took my newly acquired used vehicle here for a checkup- and not only did it take them over 6 hours before they even looked at my vehicle, once they did they called me to “talk about how much I was willing to invest” calling it a money pit, and handed me an inflated estimate sheet that included replacing wiper blades. They explained this to me- and in the same breath encouraged me to talk to a cars sales associate (who “just happened ;-(“ to be standing there about the vehicles trade in value. To add insult to injury, when they were driving the car around to the front for me to retrieve- the gentlemen driving (with a mask on) opened the car window and spent 3min talking to his friends right next to the car with no masks on. The service manager took the car to get disinfected after I complained (but if employees are so willing to flaunt their lack of COVID-19 mask compliance in front of the customers, I can only imagine what kind of horrors befell all vehicles who come here when they are outside of the public eye. Run far away from Rivera Toyota- I imagine literally any car mechanic has got to be better than this. If this site would allow me to assign a zero star rating, I would. More
