As always my service advisor, Vilma, was great she does whatever she can to meet the customer's needs. Went for the two year/24,000 mile check-up and NYS inspection. It took longer than expected which was fine. Only problem I had (which has happened in the past) was that when I left, the “maintenance d inspection. It took longer than expected which was fine. Only problem I had (which has happened in the past) was that when I left, the “maintenance due” prompt continued to come on. I had to turn around and go back to the service department. Mike had to get the technician to clear it and it took him quite a while to figure out how to do it. More
First time I brought the truck in, for a fuel pump recall. The person didn't tell me I need to have 1/3 of a tank of gas or less. Was required to pick up truck without any work being done. I was disappointed that I was not told prior to dropping the car off that I could've had a loaner car for the day. Secondly I was told that the service would be 4-5 hours? After getting on a train which cos the car off that I could've had a loaner car for the day. Secondly I was told that the service would be 4-5 hours? After getting on a train which cost me $28.00 within 15-20 minutes I was told my car was ready for pickup. I would've waited and drove to work. On the positive side the service people were courteous and professional. More
