This was for the fuel pump recall so I was advised it had to be done daytime, with my car left at the dealership during the workday. This was an additional expense, and loss of work time (I am an hourly worker), which could have been avoided if there had been an option to complete the repair on a Saturday. The Car Wash voucher offered was for locations over 15 miles from my home. More

Scheduling was very easy. My service was for a fuel pump recall and my Service Advisor, Mike Kaminski, was very helpful in arranging for a loaner car. He called me when he said he would, my car was ready w recall and my Service Advisor, Mike Kaminski, was very helpful in arranging for a loaner car. He called me when he said he would, my car was ready when he said it would be and he was professional and courteous. My one concern is that Mike called to tell me the technician did a 21 point inspection and that I needed front brakes and engine and cabin filters. I told him I appreciated that information, but, the cabin filter had been replaced within the past month. He offered that the technician probably saw the engine filter needed replacement and assumed the cabin filter did too. He also said there was a "special" on the purchase of the two filters. Again, I appreciated the information, but, not sure I feel comfortable that the advice was fully correct. I did tell Mike that I will have my front brakes checked at my daughter's business, an Aamco Franchise, and replaced, if necessary. Also, I will have the filters checked, again. More
