My first time coming for service at Mt. Kisco Toyota. Got there at 11:00am on a Saturday, and didn’t get out until 1:45pm. Almost 3 hours for a routine 10k mile service. The lot attendant that greeted me was there at 11:00am on a Saturday, and didn’t get out until 1:45pm. Almost 3 hours for a routine 10k mile service. The lot attendant that greeted me was really great, I just didn’t like that I had to wait almost 3 hours. 2 hours in, and I had no updates from my service advisor.
