I live in NYC but didn't see great reviews for the closer dealerships and didn't mind traveling a bit for the right car and good service. After doing a ton of research online (maybe too much), I inquired abo dealerships and didn't mind traveling a bit for the right car and good service. After doing a ton of research online (maybe too much), I inquired about a listing at Rivera Toyota given their high ratings. Alyssa helped me right away and connected me with Sean. The car I inquired about ended up not being exactly what I was looking for, but Sean patiently helped me dial in on what I wanted, answered all of my questions, kept me posted and sent me pictures of new inventory, and eventually we found one that checked all the boxes. I traveled from NYC up to Mt Kisco where Sean was even more gracious, thorough, and patient while we looked at the car, test drove it, and answered my many questions about the process. We didn't feel pressured at all, and felt very comfortable with Sean and the team throughout the entire process. Ultimately we ended up purchasing the car, and we couldn't be happier! A massive thank you to Sean and the rest of the team at Rivera Toyota, we highly recommend them and will absolutely be coming back when we're in the market for another vehicle in the future. More
