Oil was left all over the bottom of truck. Oil marks inside door panels and outside. I have been to two other dealerships in different boroughs of nyc and neither were within my expectations. I almost gave up purchasing a toyota ( my preferred brand ) and was considering another SUV boroughs of nyc and neither were within my expectations. I almost gave up purchasing a toyota ( my preferred brand ) and was considering another SUV brand until a work colleague referred me to a George of RiveraToyota. I messaged George who didn’t hesitate to phone me promptly and said he’s retired, but recommended me “a very good guy named John Rossi” ( George’s own words ) Communicating with John through email and on the phone - first week transaction- was easy and straightforward, i didn’t feel being pushed or pressured ; when I requested quotes and a few other questions, he answered them politely. Even though Ive asked some of those questions already, John was consistent, without the ‘sugar coating or scare tactics ‘. John provided advice as to which documents that I submit to them and which he will work on, in a very clearly and concise way ; not once did I feel pressured or felt belittled. No matter how flimsy my question may seem, he helped me understand my concerns better. This was even on a weekend that he was working . There were times that I felt unsure of a few more issues being my first time to purchase a vehicle. I also wanted to especially mention that John has a good personality; he finds humor in a lot of things . I remember on the 2nd week, I text messaged him if he’s available to take my call for something that I need to verify , he rang me up right away and he said he’s at the barber and although it was his day-off but did not dismiss my concerns and got back to me next day . John was very patient in a professional way . He kept me on the loop. I got to see and drove the SUV on the 3rd week ( actually 19 days ! ) . Compare the two other dealers i went to back in august - Sept , who claimed that it’ll take 6weeks -3months wait , and was trying sell me another model that they have on hand ) . When I went to Mt Kisco, the SUV was already waiting for me , all buffed up and another staff ( very knowledgeable and fun, guy’s from Harlem , sorry I forgot his name ) oriented me on how some interior /exterior features work / operate , smart tips and a few basic stuff. Overall if i have to rate RiveraToyota Dealer at Mt Kisco, I’d give it the highest score. Highly recommend. I’m very impressed at how my purchase turned out to be , and yes I would do business with them again. More
