I had a good experience with Beth, the service representative. She was friendly, courteous and attentive. She informed me concerning additional issues with my car without pressuring me to do the s representative. She was friendly, courteous and attentive. I did not feel as though I was just waiting around to pay my bill as I have felt at other service centers. I would definitely recommend Rivera Toyota and Beth to anyone requiring superior service.
