Timely communication with accurate and useful information. Issues appears to have been resolved correctly and the car performs. The representative who took my emergency call for towing the car in information. Issues appears to have been resolved correctly and the car performs. The representative who took my emergency call for towing the car in greeted me with exceptional courtesy and book my appointment immediately under a very stressful situation. A minor complaint is that the acidic corrosion surrounding the battery terminals were not adequately cleaned up. The cable ties for the terminal cable were left cut and was not replaced with a new restraint/cable-tie (I cut it to disconnect the positive terminal cable in attempt to diagnose the no start problem). I had expected both to be restored to original clean new car condition. Hence I was a little disappointed when I open the hood to view the repairs. More
