Robert Boyle "Bob" was my salesman & I use them term very loosely because I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything yet kindly working with me to get a new car. There was no pressure involved. I came back the next day to pick up my Rav 4. I had a very similar experience with Alan Nadler who took care of the financial arrangements and offered me additional services. He explained them all with the benefits and again I did not feel pressured. I did take advantage of a few because of his advise & help. I have already recommended this dealership & especially Bob to a few friends and really can't say enough about their knowledge, kindness & understanding.
