We worked with Aaron Sabater to get the Rav4 Hybrid Woodland Edition, which was the vehicle and trim level both my partner and I wanted most. If felt like he really listened to what we wanted and neede Woodland Edition, which was the vehicle and trim level both my partner and I wanted most. If felt like he really listened to what we wanted and needed and helped us get there, rather than pushing a vehicle on us. Aaron helped us navigate the process seamlessly, kept us informed and updated, and coordinated with all the other departments within the dealership. When the Rav4 showed up, we got a very thorough and detailed training/technical overview of it with a kind gentlemen whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. This is the third vehicle we have gotten through Rivera Toyota of Mt, Kisco. This first two were leases and this Rav4 is the first new vehicle we have ever purchased. We will be returning to work with them again, especially as long as Aaron is there. But to be fair, everyone we worked with was excellent and helpful. We've had the car for a few weeks now and can't get enough of driving it, even making up excuses to hop in the car and run an errand. Hope this helps anyone trying to pick a dealer to work with! More
