John was a consummate professional guiding me through a host of different vehicles and advocating for me as the process went forward. Test driving was fun, and the process itself was a breeze. John took care of me the whole way and made sure my plates were transferred, a remote start was installed on my car, and that my insurance and registration were up to date. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I also interacted with Krystal, and Liam and of course have only positive things to say about everyone!
