What stands out the most about Rob is that he is determined to make the sale and aims to please. He has drive and ambition when other salespeople were quick to say "no we don't have that" or, "sorry, I can't help you find that", or even, "how about looking at this other model instead?" When you know what you want and other people don't seem to care to help you, it makes you wonder how much they love their job and how much they care about their customers. But Rob clearly loves his job and WANTS to help and make you happy. He is motivated and gets the job done. He went above and beyond to locate the car we were looking for (and at end of model year clearance, this is not easy), all while matching a price from another dealer that flat out would not even help us search for the vehicle we wanted. He arranged to swap vehicles with another dealership and made it all happen for us and quickly. He took the time to listen and understand our needs. When you care, it shows. He does this in a way that is not pushy, or overbearing. He is genuine and cares about what YOU need. He makes himself available when he doesn't even have to.
