Expectations Exceeded!!! I was in need of a new car and went with my mother to purchase one at Rivera Toyota. We had selected this dealership because of the glowing reviews an I was in need of a new car and went with my mother to purchase one at Rivera Toyota. We had selected this dealership because of the glowing reviews and needless to say, the service we received far exceeded our expectations. The sales consultant, Robert Boyle, was outstanding: He made us feel very comfortable and we really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and frankness. He went above and beyond his call of duty to make our experience stress free. Never did we feel like we were being pressured and his patience was boundless as he addressed all of our concerns. He made the entire negotiation process as painless as possible and gave us a fantastic price (bought a 2016 Corolla) -we couldn't have asked for more. At the end, Rob even gave me a detailed tutorial of my new car as I was a bit unfamiliar with some of its gadgets. Thank you Rob! you are truly an asset to Rivera Toyota and a genuinely nice person. In fact, everyone working here from the receptionist to the finance manager, Alan Nadler, was extremely nice and enhanced our overall experience. After a previous awful experience at another dealership, my mother was especially wary when it came to the finance portion of this purchase, but Alan alleviated all of our fears and guided us through the cumbersome paperwork process smoothly. He is another gem at Rivera. At the very end, there were no surprise price changes and everything was what we had agreed upon -very trustworthy employees. If you ever need to purchase a Toyota and wish for a painless experience, me and my mother highly highly recommend going to Rivera Toyota. He is always available after the purchase to assist in any way he can. I received an invitation I had been a customer of the previous owner of the dealership. I received a call asking if i would be interested in trading in my Rav 4.
