She was incredibly helpful and didn't mind my constant need for an update or estimated ETA! We know that the TRD Pro 4Runner is a hard vehicle to get, and Mary Ann was able to help us navigate that, so that we could get the coolest 4Runner ever built. There was no pressure regarding the sale and Mary Ann was just as excited about the truck as we were. Also - at the last minute there were some paper work issues regarding my trade in vehicle, and Mary Ann was super helpful with us, helping us resolve the issue with my trade in, so that I could pick up the new truck on the day I needed to. She is the best. She knew that we had waited 4 months for the truck, and that I had even taken half a day off from work to get in to the dealership and get the car. Lenny Leombardo at Rivera Toyota was also super friendly and very helpful, particularly helping me resolve the last minute paperwork issue with my trade in vehicle. Jeff Townson also evaluated my trade in vehicle. He knew a lot about 4WD vehicles and was very fair and straight forward regarding our trade trade in. More

OVER THE TOP SERVICE On 11/25, I came in for service concerning a warning light on the dashboard of our 2013 Highlander. Now we live on Cape Cod, MA, but we had traveling On 11/25, I came in for service concerning a warning light on the dashboard of our 2013 Highlander. Now we live on Cape Cod, MA, but we had traveling to NY for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our relationship with Toyota North (now Rivera Toyota) began in 1979. In the intervening years we bought 5 Toyotas from this dealership. All 5 cars were serviced in Mt. Kisco and the last one, a 2001 Toyota Highlander, is still going strong. Your service department immediately took the car in and checked the warning light issue. Then they went on to check out the entire car. About an hour later, when the card was ready, I asked for the bill and Ron said that there was NO CHARGE! He also explained that they had picked up some things that should be checked by Falmouth Toyota, our dealership on Cape Cod. This is over the top service and it must be recognized!
