Now we live on Cape Cod, MA, but we had traveling to NY for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our relationship with Toyota North (now Rivera Toyota) began in 1979. In the intervening years we bought 5 Toyotas from this dealership. All 5 cars were serviced in Mt. Kisco and the last one, a 2001 Toyota Highlander, is still going strong. Your service department immediately took the car in and checked the warning light issue. Then they went on to check out the entire car. About an hour later, when the card was ready, I asked for the bill and Ron said that there was NO CHARGE! He also explained that they had picked up some things that should be checked by Falmouth Toyota, our dealership on Cape Cod. This is over the top service and it must be recognized! I thank god everyday that I'm alive and if it wasn't for this car I wouldn't be alive, I want to give a huge shoutout to Rob Scalere for convincing my father to buy this car for me , and now blessing me today with this new beautiful blue RAV4. I pray nothing this traumatic ever happenes to me again, but accidents happen, and what doesn't kill you what's you stronger. Currently I'm dealing with ptsd from the accident, but I have one of the best support systems a girl could ask for. So I want to thank my family and friends for being there for me this last month.
