We went to Rivera Toyota first and spoke with Aldo, who was helpful and a very nice guy. We went over some figures, got an idea of what we wanted to do, and took the information with us to see what we could find. After visiting a few other places, we decided to go back to Rivera, as their service was the best we encountered and they seemed most willing to work with us on price. low and behold on the second visit, Aldo and Anthony worked with us to come up with two deals for Rav 4 Hybrids that are pretty strong, especially considering the model is brand new and Toyota hasn't offered them any incentives to sell. Then, when we went to speak with Alan in finance, we didn't receive any last minute surprises, and we felt no extra pressure to add features or expenses before closing. Going to a car dealership is grueling, but the guys here at Rivera made the process as easy as possible. More

Alan has helped us with the finances for I believe a total of 5-6 leased cars in the past decade. Alan also goes above and beyond to help figure out best solutions and fairest prices. Alan and Alda are major reasons I continue to do business here. In addition the servicing department is easy peasy and very efficient. They are friendly and it's done quickly so that if we are waiting we can move onto the rest of our day. I often drop my car on my way to the train station so I can go to work. They are open early which is great. More

First service visit. I won't go into details , but all of these items were completely taken care of. I arrived and they had a nice 2016 Camry with 1000 miles on it for me to have as a loaner. The guys taking care of me whose names I forget were super friendly and awesome. I think one of the guys was named Chris. Anyway, another fantastic experience at this fantastic dealer. Look no further for a Toyota. Our car was washed and ready two hours early when we picked it up! How's that for service!!!!???? More

Very comfortable environment to buy a car in. I believe that I received a fairly reasonable trade-in price for my Prius and a reasonable price for my purchase. I think I could have done better had I used a buying service, but I liked the salesman (George Paonessa) so much that I didn't bother going further. I could have sold my trade-in car for probably $2,000 more but I felt the money they offered was reasonable enough for me. When I got home, my eagle-eye wife spotted a lengthy scratch that was barely visible on the driver door. I called George Paonessa and he told me to come in at 10:30 the next morning; he did not tell me that he would be coming in EARLIER than his normal start time just to meet with me. He made a call and then took my car over to the dealership's service dept. When he returned the 'scratch' was gone and we knew my wife would be happy. A happy wife is a happy life....
